From time to time someone requests a refund. It’s as easy as mailing the product return to the address on your receipt with a note requesting your money back! No questions asked, we even give you 30 days to decide.
More often people order the wrong size and just want a simple exchange.
We try to make it easy for our customers by offering 2 options:
- Return the item for a product refund (even if you already tried to put it on) and when the refund has been processed, re-order the size you need, or
- Keep the ring guard you have for a friend (or another ring) and purchase a new ring guard using our special “Upgrade Pricing” .
To upgrade simply email us (email@example.com) your original order information (or zip code) and indicate what size you wish to “upgrade” to (include gold type). We’ll send you a special email payment request at our special pricing – just follow the link, make your payment and your upgrade will be on it’s way.
